Product Engineering Overview

Manufactured using proprietary molecular diffusion bonding technology without solder flux, eliminating high-resistance joints and mechanical failure. Made from 99.9% pure Cu-ETP electrolytic copper foils (0.1mm to 0.2mm thickness).

Equipped with internal EPDM water-cooling channels to withstand continuous secondary currents up to 45,000 Amperes while enduring millions of articulated robot wrist movements.
